How do I go about seeing an available property?

If the property is vacant and unfurnished we have a convenient key check out program. You come by our office at 65 Charlotte Street between the hours of 9 – 4 Monday – Thursday, 9 - 3 on Friday and pay a $50 per key deposit, we make a copy of your valid ID and you view the property. When you return the keys we refund the $50.00. If it is occupied we will give you the occupants’ phone number and you simply schedule the appointment with them. If it is furnished and for special circumstances you need to call the office (828) 251-9966 to schedule an appointment.

I like it, what’s the next step? You need to complete an application and pay the application fee. You may download the application from our website and pay check or credit card on our site, we can fax it to you, or you may come by the office. Applications will not be processed without the fee.
